Due to the nature of the oboe and it’s reeds, I cannot guarantee complete customer satisfaction at every time. A reed that is absolutely perfect for one player won’t work as well for another player.
I can, however, guarantee that each and every product that I produce, sell and deliver will be made using the very best materials avaliable and with the highest standard and level och craftmanship. I will be at least as thorough making customer’s reeds as I am making my own reeds.
Of course, if a reed (however unlikely) is obviously damaged – the thread is unwinding, cane is cracked, tip is torn or what it might be – I will happily replace it with a new one!
